Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl mix together four,baking powder, cinamon, and salt.<br /><br />2. In a small bow, whisk together the eggs, sugar, bananas, vanilla, and oil. Stir wet ingredients into the flour mixture. Pour batter into pan. Bake about 50 minutes.
