Gluten Free Banana Bread
Danielle made Banana Bread for the boys this morning. It was delicious. Here is the recipe
1 1/4 cups Domata Living Flour http://www.domatalivingflour.com/
(you use any mixture of all purpose gluten free flour, but we love the Domata)

2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs (room temp)
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups mashed bananas (approx 3 bananas)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl mix together four,baking powder, cinamon, and salt.
2. In a small bow, whisk together the eggs, sugar, bananas, vanilla, and oil. Stir wet ingredients into the flour mixture. Pour batter into pan. Bake about 50 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
